An international year

2018 will be a year brimming with international projects, starting with tomorrow’s opening of the Mode in France trade show in Tokyo.
From 10 to 12 January, the event will bring together 70 ready-to-wear and accessories brands in the Shibuya district. This latest edition will stand out with a new “Labels” space for premium creative brands, some boasting a longstanding cultural and manufacturing heritage. The space will present Carolina Ritzler, Valentine Gauthier, Prêt Pour Partir, Vitos 1925, and others. Some of the brands will then go on to exhibit in the Mode in France show in Taipei, Taiwan from 14 to 16 January. Next up in 2018 are numerous international trade shows supported by the FFPAPF.
With backing from DEFI, the Fédération also helps brands participate in these events. The calendar starts with Premium Berlin, Scoop London, Kiev Fashion Vogue Festival, Pure London, CPM Moscow, the New York events (Coterie, D&A, Woman), White Milan, and Chic Shanghai. To end the first semester of trade shows, on 4 to 6 April we’ll be back to Tokyo to launch the Mode in France Pavilion at the Fashion World Tokyo trade show. Also in April, on 12 and 13, you can develop your business in Italy by attending the Showrooms & Brands Meeting in Paris where you’ll have the opportunity to hold business meetings with the most active agents, showrooms, department stores, and concept stores in the Italian fashion market.
We’re starting a very exciting year with international development for fashion brands a 2018 FFPAPF priority!
