Together, let's make CSR a value added

In a continually innovating and changing world, we face increasingly demanding consumers searching for values, transparency, and traceability in their purchases, and we must cope with more stringent French and European regulations. In this context, brands must make an even greater commitment to a more responsible fashion industry.

At the beginning of my term as President five years ago, I made CSR one of our priorities. I’m convinced that it’s a value to create transformation and positive evolution in our businesses and a method for asking questions about the future, about innovation, and about how businesses are fulfilling their mission with their customers.

As for consumers, they have higher and higher standards about brands and how they operate. They want brands to be active in and adapted to society, respectful of their employees and the environment, and more ethical and socially conscious.

As part of this dynamic, the Fédération Française du Prêt à Porter Féminin teams have developed CSR initiatives, including The Fashion and Corporate Social Responsibility Report in 2017, The Sustainable Supply Chain Guide in 2019 and the Ressources Green directory platform

To encourage each one to act and to continue or deepen their commitment, we’re launching a CSR Amplification Plan (Plan d’Amplification sur la Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises or PARSE) in partnership with the Union Française des Industries Mode-Habillement, the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode, the Fédération des Industries du Vêtement Masculin, and Promincor – Lingerie Française

The project, which benefits from support from DEFI, can be implemented through consulting, coaching, training, or other forms. Please contact our CSR advisor Adeline Dargent to find out more and take advantage of this program.

Our goal is simple: make CSR a value added and not a constraint!
