Mode in France
Mode in France* is, depending on the destination or market: a full-fledged trade show, a prospecting mission or a pavilion at a major trade show. These are collective operations, organized in partnership with the Fédération des Industries du Vêtement Masculin, bringing together 6 to 70 French brands of women’s ready-to-wear, accessories and men’s ready-to-wear.
• Mode in France Tokyo: is the reference show for all fashion professionals in Japan. Each edition (February/July) brings together more than 60 French fashion brands and about 1,500 Japanese buyers, showrooms and distributors.
This operation benefits from the Chèque relance export and the support of DEFI.

• Mode in France Seoul: is the showroom organized by the International Department of the Federation, once a year. It welcomes about twenty French fashion brands of women’s ready-to-wear, accessories and men’s ready-to-wear (next operation October 2022, then February 2023).

• Mode in France Taipei x ShowroomIn exhibits and allows Taiwanese fashion professionals to discover a unique offer of French fashion and accessories brands. Twice a year, it welcomes about twenty creative fashion brands.

Market Access China by Mode in France is a series of meetings, organized twice a year (February and September), to allow selected brands to present their brand DNA and their collection to potential business partners (showrooms, agents, distributors, buyers…) connected for the occasion, in a short but interactive format. Created successfully in 2020 for Russia, Market Access has turned to China in early 2022.
This operation, 100% customized digital, is supported by DEFI and allows to:
- Test customers at lower risk for brands wishing to develop in new markets
- Boost visibility among Chinese customers
- Present the brand in order to find a local agent or distributor who could exhibit the collections
