In order to optimize your export strategy and anticipate the budgets of your operations and trade shows, you will find below the Export Plan of the Fédération du Prêt à Porter Féminin for the year 2023. (The subsidies indicated are subject to the DEFI Board of Directors meeting at the end of November).

List of subsidized operations for the first half of 2023:

ASIE

TOKYO 31 jan-2 feb : MODE IN FRANCE, subsidy up to 60% on stand and stand fitting + accommodation and air tickets up to 250€ and 2000€ respectively or Chèque Relance Export 50% collective service*. 

TAIPEI 4&5 feb : SHOWROOMIN x MODE IN FRANCE, subsidy up to 50%.

SEOUL 7&8 feb : SHOWROOM MODE IN FRANCE, subsidy up to 60% on stand and stand fitting + accommodation and air tickets up to 200€ and 2000€ respectively or Chèque Relance Export 50% collective service*.
(With possibility of retail tour)

CHINE 16&17 feb : MARKET ACCESS, digital meetings with Chinese business partners, 100% paid for by DEFI.

S1: Presence of a VIE in Thailand for a prospective work on distribution for our sectors, for a better sourcing of information on Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia.

BERLIN January 17-19: PREMIUM / SEEK, subsidy up to 40%.

LONDON January 29-31: Scoop International, eligible for Export Revival Cheques 50% up to 2500€.

LONDON February 12-14: Pure London, eligible for Export Revival Vouchers 50% up to 2500€.

MILAN February 24-27: WHITE Milano, subsidy up to 40%.

EUROPE / SPECIAL CEREMONY 

GERMANY April 1 – 3: Interbride Düsseldorf, subsidy up to 30%.

SPAIN April 19 – 23: Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week, subsidy up to 30%.

ITALY April 14 – 17: Si Spoza Milan, subsidy up to 30%.

UNITED STATES

NEW YORK February 19-21: DESIGNERS & AGENTS (D&A), subsidy up to 50%.

NEW YORK February 21-23: COTERIE, up to 50% subsidy

NEW YORK dates to be confirmed: WOMAN, subsidy up to 50%.

MIAMI July 8-10: CABANA MIAMI, up to 50% subsidy

DIGITAL AMPLIFICATION and INTERNATIONAL INFLUENCE PLANS

DIGITAL TOOLS until March 15: Registration for the women’s grant. Annual grant of 2000€ HT.

INTERNATIONAL INFLUENCE PLAN 
HELP IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF PARTNERSHIPS WITH INFLUENCEURS AND A FIXED GRANT OF 2000€HT* for targeted markets.

TAIPEI July: SHOWROOMIN x MODE IN FRANCE, subsidy up to 50%. 

MARKET ACCESS CHINA September: Digital meetings for brands and buyers, showrooms, importers, women’s and men’s collections, eligible brands up to date with the DEFI.

SHANGHAI: 50% subsidy per brand to exhibit in a showroom:
 Stand/Showroom fees /Portants : Subsidy up to 50% on expenses capped at 6000€.
 Transport/Shipping of collection: Grant up to 50% on expenses capped at 2000€.

As a reminder, the above-mentioned subsidies cover the costs of renting and fitting out a stand (with a ceiling of 40 m² and a maximum of €16,500 per operation), except for the subsidies marked with an asterisk (*), which also cover the costs of accommodation and/or air tickets.
